In our Beta version you can easily find the sections and paragraphs in the CFR along with the corresponding sections and paragraphs from the US Code. You can determine where the language of the CFR goes beyond the intelligible meaning and intent of the language in the US Code.

When we launch, we will phase in a broad range of features relevant to all areas of immigration practice. In one of the first features we will roll out, you will be able to upload redacted and unredacted RFEs that reflect an incorrect reading of the plain meaning of the CFR. As we collect the RFEs we will be the first repository of hard data on how well officers are adjudicating cases and precision regarding consistency. The system will also assemble anonymous data regarding, among other statistics, consistency in adjudication and intelligibility of the CFR with respect to the corresponding US Code.
